In addition to the client details, SolarTrack records every detail about your customers' spending habits, including sessions, courses, credits (time remaining on a course), products, etc.

The information can be sorted or grouped on any column so that you can analyse the information more effectively.

You can use this information to build up customer statistics reports and management information for analysis.

Having a full client history allows you to quickly identify the last time a customer had a particular session or bought a particular product. This information can then be utilised by your staff to help promote product sales.

By analysing the client history, you will be able to pinpoint each customer's favourite sessions, products, timeslots and use this information to improve your service.

For example, using the client history information, you can make sure the customer's favourite product is in stock the day before their next appointment.
