SolarTrack provides you with the unique power to reward your customers when they refer their family and friends. SolarTrack displays a graphical 'tree' of referrals for each client so that you can quickly see the referrals each customer is responsible for. The next time the customer uses your salon, SolarTrack reminds you to thank the customer. Also, a referral policy can be set up so that the customer automatically receives a free gift, such as a session, product or free time, etc. When calculating a customer's total value, the referrals the customer has made is taken into account. The referrals process is fully automatic and requires no input from the user other than to identify the source of the referral. |
